What can be better than a slice of warm, spiced pumpkin pie on a fall or winter day? Well, a cajeta pumpkin pie! This is the classic pumpkin pie recipe taken to the next level by sweetening it with delicious cajeta (also known as dulce de leche or arequipe). The end result is a dense, super-rich pumpkin custard with the flavors of our childhood. I hope you like this decadent treat that is perfect for any gathering of family, friends and loved ones during the holiday season.
