  • 2 Oz. 
    white grape juice or apple juice
  • 1 1/2 Oz. 
    lime juice
  • 1 1/2 Oz. 
    simple syrup
  • 1 Oz. 
    egg whites


  1. Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with no ice and shake well.

  2. Add ice and shake again.

  3. Serve in a cold cocktail glass.
