Avocado And Mango Salad

Super Bowl Sunday usually involves eating lots of snack foods, but you don’t have to just stick to chips and dip. Adding this avocado mango salad to the mix can make it healthy too. It’s easy to make and adds a nice alternative dish on big game day.

  • Tbsp. lime juice
  • Tsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon
  • 1/4 
    Cup olive oil
  • large firm-ripe avocados, cut into 3/4-inch chunks
  • mangoes, cut into large cubes
  • medium red bell pepper, cut into 3/4-inch cubes (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 
    Cup coarsely chopped red onion (about 1/2 small onion)
  • Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves


  1. Whisk together lime juice and Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon in large bowl.

  2. Gradually whisk in olive oil and set aside.

  3. Add avocados, mangoes, red pepper, onion and cilantro to bowl and gently toss to mix and coat.
