There are a lot of things you can’t do at the office, but being nice isn’t one of them. Workplaces can be a little bit hectic during this time of the year. There are deadlines we must meet and the overall climax tends to be a bit cold. Beat that by showing up with a bag of chocolate chip cookies for everyone in your team! You read that right! Who would have thought being nice and attentive with your coworkers had incredible benefits for everyone? Being in tune with others will help everyone be productive, reduce stress and end up making you happier when you’re helping someone out. I guess you could say it actually pays to be kind!
