For many in the U.S., there has never been a winter quite like this one. An arctic chill has settled over much of the U.S., with the Weather Channel recording wind chills as low as minus 60 degrees in some parts of the country. Those kinds of conditions require some practical cold weather safety tips for moms who have to keep their loved ones warm and protected this winter.
Of course you know that you have to cover your kids’ hands, face and head (hats are a cold-weather must) before they head out.
