Enriqueta is a food writer, recipe developer and food photographer. Since 2010, she has been the author of SAVOIR FAIRE by enrilemoine, a cooking and cocktail blog where her two passions for writing and cooking converge. With a Masters Degree from Columbia University, vast experience as a journalist and in the Public Relations field, after traveling around the world, she decided to stay home to raise her two boys. Her blog and recipes have been featured in BBC Mundo, El Nuevo Herald, Hispana Global, Latina Parents, NBC, Telemundo, Ser Padres, Siempre Mujer among others and in magazines and newspapers in Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Caracas, Mexico City, Lima and London. She is the owner The Family Dish Inc. a company devoted to everything food.
