Day 22: Kiss Attack Your Children!

You have been involved in your children’s’ lives ever since you learned you were going to be a mom. And as if you needed another excuse to get more hands-on when it comes to improving their development, science is here to tell you that hugging and cuddling your children is so important! Experts affirm that physical contact: hugs and kisses lead to lower risks of depression, increases their self esteem, decreases stress hormones, and results in an overall healthy and happy kid with a high sense of self worth. But today, the reason why you want to do that is simply because you love them so much! Go ahead, surprise and attack them with love, hugs and lots of kisses!
