Day 16: Prepare Old Fashioned Cocoa Tonight
Here’s an easy recipe for the best hot chocolate ever. Find the perfect cozy blanket. Get rid of any distraction lying around your favorite space, and watch a movie with the kiddos. But don’t forget: get your dose of the most old fashioned and relaxing rituals in the world – hot chocolate!
Not only is chocolate an antidepressant, but it’s also probably the best thing you could sip late at night to get in the mood for bedtime. It’s easy to make the best hot chocolate right at home. Buy a solid bar of cocoa, (raw and organic is the bomb) and combine sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir over medium heat and never let it boil. The final step is cozying up and sipping on an elixir that was designed to get lost in its enchanting flavor.
