Latino Italian Fusion Recipes: Barilla & Ingrid Hoffmann Launch New Culinary Movement

Jan 20, 2016

This is definitely an exciting food trend: Latino Italian fusion recipes. Combining two family favorites, Latino flavors and spices with traditional Italian ingredients, Barilla recently partnered with celebrity Chef Ingrid Hoffmann to develop delicious and unique recipes.

They are celebrating Latinas’ creativity in the kitchen and passion for new flavors with this campaign that perfectly captures Latino seasoning in re-imagined pasta dishes.

The how-to video series is available in Spanish where Latinas can also find tips for quick and easy recipes for family dinners and ideas for holiday meals. Inspired by the diversity of Latin cuisine, Barilla is collaborating with premier Latino chefs to develop a roster of Latin-inspired pasta dishes exclusively for Latino Italian Fusion that captures the flavors of Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America.

Try some of these new and unique recipes shared with us by Chef Ingrid Hoffman. They’re sure to satisfy your whole family whether they prefer Italian or Latin food.
